FinShark is not approved, endorsed, supervised, or licensed by the Central Bank of the UAE, the UAE Insurance Authority, or any other financial regulator, and no content on the Platform should be interpreted as such approval, endorsement, supervision, or licence.

All such products are offered exclusively by licensed third-party institutions and brokers ("Partners"), and any application, approval, contract, issuance, or product relationship is concluded directly between you and the relevant Partner.

Information on the Platform is for general marketing and information purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or insurance advice. You should obtain independent professional advice before making any decision. FinShark does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, suitability, eligibility, pricing, benefits, or approval of any product information, eligibility, or offer displayed.

You further acknowledge and agree that the Company may share your personal information with its group companies, partners, or affiliates where necessary to deliver the selected Services. Such affiliates or partners may contact you through email, phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or other permitted communication channels for service-related communication, enquiry follow-up, eligibility checks, application support, or sales-related purposes.

By submitting your information, you voluntarily agree to receive service-related follow-ups from the Company and its affiliates. Promotional messages, special offers, follow-up requests, and marketing communications may be sent where permitted by law or based on your consent.

All banks, agents, and insurance brokers introduced via the Platform represent that they are duly licensed by the relevant UAE regulatory authority. FinShark does not independently verify or guarantee the ongoing validity of such licences.

FinShark reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform, including products, content, features, services, or Partner relationships, at any time without liability.

finshark.ae is operated by FinShark Marketing Management LLC SOC, a UAE-licensed marketing management and commercial information company ("FinShark", "we", "our", "us"). By using this website (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree to any of the terms and conditions, please stop using this Website immediately.

Nature of Our Services

FinShark is a financial product discovery marketplace and marketing information platform for banking, lending, insurance, and other financial product-related enquiries.

For banking products, including credit cards, bank accounts, and loans, we may forward your enquiry to relevant banks, finance companies, authorised agents, service providers, or representatives so they can contact you directly or support your enquiry.

For insurance products, FinShark may share your enquiry with licensed insurance brokers, insurance companies, or authorised representatives for follow-up. FinShark does not act as an insurer, insurance broker, or seller.

FinShark does not provide, arrange, broker, advise on, approve, underwrite, sell, or guarantee any regulated financial, lending, investment, or insurance products and is not regulated as a financial institution by the Central Bank of the UAE, the Securities and Commodities Authority, or any other financial regulator.

The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Any agreement, application, transaction, approval, issuance, or product relationship you enter into is solely between you and the relevant Partner, under their terms and conditions.

Who May Use the Platform

By submitting a form or using the Platform, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old and legally competent under UAE law.
• Will provide true, accurate, and current information in all forms.
• Will use the Platform only for lawful purposes and not to impersonate any person or misrepresent information.

FinShark does not operate any login/account system; all information you provide is submitted voluntarily so that FinShark and its verified Partners can contact you about your enquiry.

Information and Content

Product details, such as rates, fees, benefits, documents, eligibility, and approval criteria, are provided by Partners or public sources and may change without notice.

FinShark does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, suitability, eligibility, pricing, benefits, or approval of any information or offer displayed on the Platform.

All content is provided for informational and marketing purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, insurance, investment, or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying all details directly with the relevant Partner before applying, proceeding, or entering into any contract.

Data, Contact and Marketing Consent

When you submit your details, you consent to FinShark:

• Collecting and processing your personal data in line with UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.
• Sharing your details with relevant licensed Partners, service providers, authorised agents, brokers, or representatives so they may contact you regarding your enquiry.
• Contacting you via phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp, or similar permitted channels for enquiry follow-up, service communication, eligibility checks, application support, and permitted marketing purposes.

You may withdraw consent by contacting us using the details in the Privacy Policy. We will then stop non-mandatory communications, subject to legal, regulatory, operational, or record-keeping obligations.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including text, graphics, design, databases, logos, trademarks, the FinShark name and mascot, are owned by or licensed to FinShark Marketing Management LLC SOC.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without FinShark's prior written consent.

Prohibited Conduct

You shall not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt Platform functionality, including through viruses, bots, or scraping tools.
• Collect user or product data for resale or unsolicited marketing.
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Violations may result in immediate access restrictions and potential reporting to UAE authorities under the Cybercrime Law.

Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, FinShark and its affiliates, officers, and service providers are not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Your use of or reliance on information on the Platform.
• Any inaccuracy, delay, or omission in content.
• Any act, omission, product, service, decision, approval, rejection, delay, pricing, limit, document request, or requirement of a Partner.
• Any interruption, error, virus, cyber incident, or security incident affecting the Platform.

Your engagement with any Partner is entirely at your own discretion and risk. FinShark disclaims all responsibility for any Partner's actions or omissions.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FinShark and its affiliates, officers, and service providers from any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your misuse of the Platform.
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
• Your submission of false, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information.

Suspension and Termination

FinShark may, at its sole discretion and without notice, restrict or terminate your access to the Platform where false or misleading information has been submitted, misuse is identified, or such action is necessary to comply with UAE law.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use, the Platform, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

The courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or your use thereof.
